Kirk Hallam Connect is a local group bringing residents together to create positive change within the community. Supported by Active Derbyshire, Erewash Borough Council, and Sport England we are working together to make being active easier and more enjoyable for everyone in Kirk Hallam.
This short 3–5 minute survey will help us understand local activity levels, what helps or hinders being active, and how we can improve opportunities for all ages. If you live in Kirk Hallam, we’d love to hear from you – both young people and adults are invited to take part.
